What are the advantages of private residence club memberships?
Residence club membership is designed to provide generous and flexible vacation use and remove the worries typically associated with vacation-home ownership such as upkeep, security and maintenance.

How often can I vacation at Magnolia?
As often as you wish, subject only to the Club's reservation policies.  As a Club member, you have the flexibility of reserving three Planned Vacations in advance during their membership, as well as booking space available and short notice vacations. If some members visit the Club less often, other members can visit more. This offers an extreme advantage over the typical timeshares found at Watercolor or Rosemary.   

Is Magnolia Private Residence Club a typical timeshare development?
No. Unlike a typical timeshare where owners purchase a select, pre-assigned week, Magnolia offers members a guaranteed minimum number of vacations.  Members choose when they wish to vacation, plus they can enjoy a virtually unlimited number of additional vacations.

What if the number of members wishing to stay exceeds the number of available residences?
Member reservations are scheduled on a space available and short notice itinerary outside of the guaranteed planned vacation weeks.  We do our best to provide each Member with a true Ownership experience; this includes the 1/8th usage of each residence dedicated to just Members.  We will do our best to accommodate your request with respect to all Members and usage of the Club.

Will Magnolia members always stay in the same residence?
No.  Members are offered the top floor residences during their vacations.  All member designated residences are equiped with the same level of luxury enjoyed by owners.

What amenities do I get access to when becoming a member?
As a member, you have access to the entire club including the exclusive 'Lounge' located on the top floor pool side.  Only member's are provided direct access to this facility where they can enjoy complementary treats and refreshments during special events, gather to watch the Super Bowl or a movie on the theater size TV while the kids play in the game room, or sit by the simulated fireplace and snuggle up with your favorite beverage while watching the ocean current.  In addtion you will receive our exclusive bath amenities during each Club Week, beach chairs (set up for you daily), beach/pool towels, and 24/7 access to our state-of-the art gym and pool side lounge to just list a few.

As a member, may I elect to become a Club owner?
Yes. While members enjoy the same experience as club owners, owners enjoy the additional benefits of deeded real estate which is evidenced by a deed, this is recorded and guaranteed by a title insurance.  Each Club member is conveyed 1/8th undivided, usage in designated member residences.  Ownership may be sold, willed, transferred, sublet, or placed in a trust at any time.
