A Pet-Friendly Rarity
Unlike most residence clubs, Magnolia now welcomes your family's four-legged friends. Did we open the Club with this in mind? No, we didn't. However, it didn't take long to appreciate the importance of a pet-friendly environment. Here's what the developer says about the Club's change of heart:"Private residence clubs typically have a no-pet policy and [we] felt it was sensible to buck the trend. Highway 30-A is largely a drive-to destination, so naturally visitors prefer to take their pets on vacation," explains Brian Moffatt of the Magnolia development team. "We've designated specific residences to be dog-friendly in order to provide our owners with an enjoyable and convenient vacation experience."
